Futplan — Campaign Planner
A working browser-based tool developed for the Futplan campaign workflow. It turns a structured brief into a dated production checklist and downloadable handoff files.
The brief
Give athlete–brand campaigns a consistent starting point: a defined scope, a deadline, assigned ownership and a visible usage-rights check.
The approach
The tool validates the brief, calculates milestones using working days, flags compressed schedules and pending usage permissions, and exports tasks as CSV, a calendar as ICS and the full record as JSON. A saved draft stays in the current browser. No external accounts or paid services are required.
Workflow tool developed for the Futplan Sports use case. Working local implementation with example data; deployment to the agency’s internal systems and operational results have not been measured.
